A vision…

Each creation begins with an intention—sometimes a letter burned, sometimes a fast undertaken, sometimes a page written, a poem inscribed, a sacred dance or a book imagined. In my performances, there may be a deliberate focus on breath, on perception, on the deconstruction of the body, or an immersion in a state of being with nature. There is destruction, a desire for transmutation, and a synergy guided by astrology and the moon. Behind every artwork lies a story; this page presents fragments of those stories, glimpses into the worlds that give rise to each piece. For my Body. For Healing. For Art.

Fragments of Explorations (Timeless)

The first piece was created during the development of L’Ange Rouge. At that time, I sought a process of purification—symbolized by wings—through which I attempted to release the shadows of my past, the wounds carried within me, and the emotional “blood” that had flowed from the heart through experiences of pain and loss. Corps-Eau. Femme-Rivière.

Below, a performance was executed in the sand as a ritual of connection with Morpheus, the god of dreams. Sand itself functions as a powerful archetype of the dream state: it is fluid yet unstable, constantly shifting, like the subconscious mind. Each grain evokes the passage of time, memory fragments, and the fragile boundary between reality and imagination. In this context, the body inscribed in sand becomes a temporary imprint—much like a dream—appearing, dissolving, and transforming.

Investigating the emergence of black pigment in my artistic exploration.

Enlightened (2021)

Documentation of an exploratory performance on the awakening of self. Taking a pause. Stepping away to adopt a new rhythm of life in order to restore balance. Staying attentive. Considering the body as a home. It is essential to embody, to trust our flesh. I salute this divine nature that resides within us. Dance, breathe, purify through contact with the elements.

Exploring the avant-garde aspects of death, the trace, and renewal.

Between 2020 and 2022, the Polaroid became an essential part of my conceptual practice.

I approached it as a fragment within a larger narrative. Existing outside the digital universe, rooted instead in immediacy and material presence. Each image carried the rawness of a fleeting moment: intimate, tactile, sometimes erotic, always unfiltered.

In this context, the Polaroid transformed into more than a photographic object; it became a window onto the Idea itself, a visual poem, a direct trace of thought, emotion, and embodiment, captured at the precise intersection between presence and disappearance.

Purification (2020)

Exploratory journey of transition and release. Destroy and transform in order to purify our stories, our memories. Bubbling with rage. Sometimes, confronting our own gaze upon our past creations is one of the greatest challenges. Discomforts. Engaging in the process of acceptance, towards our transmutation.

Rebirth.

Red Blood (2023)

It is through our flesh and at the heart of its echoes that we can breathe once the cycle of our conscious transmutation is complete, thus claiming our waters.

Breath is reborn when we tame ourselves: a fire in the throat. Intense vitality.

Fasting Meditation - Méditation du jeûne

Open Journal…
If fasting—envisioned as a state of mind—can become a seven-day ritual devoted to the purification of the body, the mind, and the cells in pursuit of total renewal, then it can be reinterpreted today as a form of performative art.

Starting June 28, 2025, I will undertake a 7-day fast—
Seven days to cleanse the physical body, calm the mind, reset the nervous system, and awaken a deeper cellular intelligence.

The idea behind this process is to document, day by day, how the body reorganizes itself. To witness the transformation of the mind, the unveiling of dreams, the expansion of breath. And above all, to explore how my artistic practice will unfold after a week of fasting: how the creative idea is born, how the connection to the act of creation becomes embodied.
